SHORBA (IRANI STYLE)

Ingredients:

¼ kg wheat meant for haleem (husk removed)
½ kg mutton
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chillies paste
Pepper powder
1 onion fried
Few mint leaves
One lime

Ingredients:
1 kg mutton
½ kg onions
1 tsp of cloves
4 sticks of cinnamon each about an inch long
1 ½” piece of ginger
6-8 cloves of garlic
15 green chillies
A handful of coriander leaves
½ tsp turmeric
15 peppercorns
1 tsp khuskhus (poppy seeds)
½ cup coconut milk
Oil
